Digital Downloads
Because digital products are delivered electronically, purchases of downloadable resources, printables, and digital artwork are generally final once the files have been delivered or accessed.
If you receive an incorrect file, experience a download problem, or discover a significant defect, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Refunds will be provided when required by applicable law.
Physical Products
Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Do not return products without first receiving instructions.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise required by law.
Made-to-Order Products
Some apparel, gifts, and art prints are produced after an order is placed. These products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
